Modern Studio in Wynyard Quarter by Zodiak Stays

Super spacious apartment and a big balcony with sea views!!! Modern and very clean!! Superb location!! A 10 out of 10!! Would certainly stay here again!

We loved the location and it is a very nice apartment.

lovely large, stylish, well-appointed studio unit in Central Business District near restaurants and water. -- great bed and great shower.

We had difficulty getting in the first night. The management co. sent us access instructions just after check-in time, but they wouldn't open and kept saying it was too early to check in, plus no one answered MGMT co contact number. Finally, we called booking.com and they (cudos to their staffer) got through to someone who then called us, sent a functional email with multi-step instructions, and we got in! Phew!! Don't let this deter you from staying at this lovely place.

Not much of a problem, just a little more time taken as the keys were stored in a lock box about 100. meters away from the property. However this is not a big issue.

Sometimes the tag didn't work in the elevator. It failed to detect the tag quite a few times. I'm not sure if that's a technical issue. No major concerns at all though.

Very central apartment in a fantastic area. Close to some lovely cafes and the Wynyard quarter and Viaduct bars /restaurants. Very comfy bed and pillows and lovely bathroom. The apartment was also very clean. Had a fantastic stay. Thank you very much
