"Great apartment. Awful check in experience."

Good apartment, good location.

Checking in experience was terrible. I had to go to a storage location where the lockbox did not work. It was 7 hours from trying to check in when staff finally assisted with bringing keys. I was unable to contact any humans, I ended up having to call booking.com in London to call the hosts. It was a really stressful experience for me.

Very clean and spacious and located on a high floor so the views were amazing. No issues, only high praises for the property itself.

The self check-in to get the keys was a 10-min walk away from the property so if you were a solo traveller with luggages you’d have to either walk all the way there and back with your suitcases or Uber as there is no where to leave your bags while you grab the keys. There is a separate check in and out process that you have to complete that’s outside of booking.com and there’s a list of things they ask you to do before checking out which kind of defeats the purpose of paying a cleaning fee.
