Great location close to everything I needed

Great location and lovely furnishings.

Just the bathroom. The pipes smell.

Location was great - and the apartment was clean,comfortable and well appointed

The air conditioning did not work. I’m midsummer in Auckland with no breeze, high temperatures and humidity this was unacceptable. I booked cause it specified air con but it was not working and we had to sleep with windows open which meant it was also exceptionally noisy. Three sleepless nights later it was good to get home. overall extremely disappointing.

Facilities

The parking was misleading and quite a lot of admin to access every day. Didn’t appreciate that. Besides it costing my trip so much extra and having to abide by times makes it inconvenient.

View and Location is great. Weekend is a bit noisy.

bed is a bit small for 2.

Location near centre and parks was very good. Zodiac Management - the property manager - were helpful and efficient. The space in the apartment was good with adequate storage but see below.

The apartment was described as "stylish". Perhaps 20+ years ago when it was built but no longer. It was very tired and in need of refurbishment. Smells in the toilet pan - cooked cabbage and garlic - from adjacent properties. Food preparartion area very limited. Extractor fan hood looked as if it had not been cleaned in ages. Extractor unit set off to one side of hob - an odd set up. Capacity of fridge/freezer very limited. In summary it was adequate but no more. (Our stay was 4 weeks.)
