Terrific location!

Handy location to collect keys, very close to accommodation

The last night i stayed there was a huge commotion on my floor which woke me up (nothing to do with the room, room was perfect) and other than that it has been extremely quiet the rest of the time. I think it just gave me a fright more than anything.

Spacious and very well equipped. Clean. Great central location with nice view of park. Secure building.

cooking facilities. lighting. picture just leaning against the wall. tangle of electrical wires on the floor. odd amount of china and cutlery. curtains falling off the track. safe didn't operate. shower had no shelf or facility for soap. broken shelf in drawer All this was sent in an email to the owners

The key cards worked!

Terrible! I wasn't told until the day of moving in that I had to find a location that had the keys in a drop box. Even google maps struggled to find the lockbox destination, and then I had to make my way back to the actual place. I was actually lucky I didn't have my car and used Uber, I would have gotten lost, or worse a ticket because of the traffic system within the CBD. This small (but hugely important) detail could have been in the description when reading the actual brief of the place. So in short, to collect the key cards for this place, it cost me two (2) Uber rides total of $45, and 30 extra minutes to find and locate the key cards and then get back to the venue. Bearing in mind I had my suitcase which I had to lug around with me. Please put this minor detail in the description for future guests. Also, accessing the wifi, etc was near on impossible. My phone could not open the google doc that had all the information, after several tries on my phone data I gave up and just used my data. For future reference, why not have a small booklet with all of these details including check-out processes? Just a suggestion :-)

The key pickup was in a 15 min walking distance. We got a wrong code forst, then we need to contact the host for the correct one. The host was responsive and kind during the process.

There wasn't a champagne in the fridge... :-)
