De ligging nabij het centrum, alles op loopafstand. Het appartement zelf is ruim met grote slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Duidelijke instructies mbt sleutel en parkeergarage. Alleen wel veel E-mails, waarin ik elke keer kreeg uitgelegd dat het wel op tijd stil moest zijn, anders dreigde een boete of uitzetting...

Er zou net wat meer 'liefde' ingestopt mogen worden. De aankleding van het appartement zelf. Iets meer keuze qua thee, koffie, melk en andere basis benodigdheden als kruiden, olie en voldoende handdoeken/theedoeken. Deze werden overigens (na verzoek via E-mail) alsnog geleverd, waarvoor dank. De melk was al wel een aantal weken over de datum...

Location to Wellington CBD was excellent. Walking distance to shops, dining and activities.

Had issue with getting key in/out of lockbox. Had to call for help in returning key to lockbox due to not being able to open, property management team was responsive and provided solution in a timely manner.

"It was good to be near the city."

Two bathrooms. Big kitchen. Outside area

It was too complicated to get in and out of the apartments. Especially if you have luggage. Kitchen facilities were average, only one tea towel. The lock box was hard to close.

"Centrally located, comfortable and functional."

Great location - easy walk to cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. Really nice kitchen with plenty of everything to cook and eat. Comfortable beds with plenty of pillows. The convenience of a washer and dryer.

The shower heads are terrible- all 3 settings were rubbish!

"The apartment was very spacious, modern and clean, perfect for a group of four."

Great size for a group of four adults. Loved the outdoor patio (got great weather). Very clean and central location was excellent.

Afew extra condiments such as salt, pepper and oil would have been nice, as we did abit of food prep while there. Also I think the addition of sheer curtains on the windows would give the place a more private feel as there are onlooking apartments surrounding both sides.

"Spacious,well equipped and clean apartment, perfectly located in CBD"

Apartment was huge! We just wished we had more time there. It was well equipped and great location, Moore Wilson's across road to shop and lots of eateries.

More than one swipe key to access the building for a group of friends would be great. Hard to understand the parking situation until you saw the note in apartment but otherwise amazing stay, parking is free outside between 8pm-8am if you don't use the other options.
