Great location.

The yelling in the middle of the night, no dish cloth or tee towels and no hot water for part of our stay.

Location handy to the Courtney Place bars and restaurants.

Main shower didn’t drain very well - luckily the sides were high enough to contain the water - Did drain away after the shower.

Walking distance to shops. The apartment was warm for the winter period we were there. I was happy with the help I was given by the person I rang to help me get into my room.

It was all a bit overwhelming. Parking wasn't put in even though I rang and booked. It was rediculas trying to get into the room as there was no contact on arrival. Trying to get let in the first door to then have to find the room. Then, I had to unlock the key lock for the front door key, then head down to the garage to unlock another key lock to get garage door key. There was no dish cloth to wash up. Main floor of the shower flooded as the drain appeared to be blocked. The dishwasher was a split, but the top washer did not work and was filthy. The washing machine was blocked with powder, which I had to fix so i could wash my clothes.. Nowhere to place garbage bags before exiting room.

Great stay, property was very clean and tidy, great location

We did like everything, just a couple of notes so you are aware - the main bathroom has a loose vanity tap and the shower takes a long time to drain, perhaps just need more than one tea towel too to be able to do dishes

Picking up the key from a different location is a bit of a hassle, especially with family and luggage (though it was known in advance). The host was not very communicative and did not always answer, There was maintenance being done while we were there and we did not know about it. Air conditioning only in the living room. Not a problem when we were traveling but if you plan to stay in the summer you should know.
