very clean and comfortable, spacious apartment and great location

The keys were at another address with another code and lockbox to access them and that wasn’t stipulated ahead so it was a bit inconvenient not being able to get to the property directly, or having to go back to leave the keys at another place before check out. The parking spot is extra and I didn’t know that ahead either.

What a palaver to pick up the keys. We had to drive to another place on the busiest rush hour street, with no parking outside, to find that the front door of the building we had to go into to get the keys would not open and we hadn't been sent the keypad number for this building. So we had a 10 minute phone call to someone, whose number was on the door of the building, until they could find the code to get in. Then we had to go back to that building, when we left, to drop the keys off. We also weren't given the number on the keypad to get us into the building we were staying in, so had to go through the garage door every time. I'm just glad I was arriving by car. If I'd been arriving on foot and had to traipse across town to get the keys, I'd have been even less happy

Property itself is great! Excellent location. Apartment was clean and tidy.

It’s is a real hassle to get into the building. No key for the apartment is on site. You get sent to an apartment 10minute walk away (we had all our luggage as well) to get the key. There is no way of getting into the other apartment unless someone lets you in. Once you wait for someone to let you in you get to the 4th floor where there is a lock box. Then another 10min walk (still with luggage) to get back to the apartment we had booked . It’s such a shambles/backwards way of giving people access to accommodation!

It was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to restaurants, Museum and shops

Bit of a hassle getting luggage from the carpark to the apartment as no lift. But apart from that no complaints. Wouldnt advise if anyone has mobility issues

Collection of key from another location. Long walk in from street which included many steps carrying suitcases which is difficult for many people.

We had arranged for your email to be sent to my personal email address, which finally happed after we were all ready at Jessie St, and after many phone calls, we then could not find u suite in Wakefield St to get the key for the unit We were not familiar with Wellington, no car and lots of walking for 2 - 80 year old women. with our suitcase, After many phone calls again, direct to the owners the matter was finally sorted by the Manager from the Usuite in Wakefield St whose kind support was much appreciated

Clean, comfortable, modern. Beds were very comfortable. Two bathrooms a bonus. Excellent location. Nice and secure.

Collecting the keys from another location is a bit of a hassle however this went smoothly for our group.
