El refrigerador no funcionaba. Y una de las llaves estaba mala

日の出の景色、得に新年のスカイシティからの花火も堪能でき、最高のロケーションでした。

(良くなかった点ではなく) 日本人なので、もしお茶パックもあったらもっと最高でした。

The location and view was very good

When we arrived , I notice the fridge was just warm and not cold. I sent an email and advised them the fridge wasn’t working and got told to turn it off and turn it back on. Which I did and didn’t make a difference. I emailed them back and advised it still wasn’t working. I didn’t hear anything for a few days and I was chasing every day for an update. After a few days got told they were in contact with maintenance. (Which was a lie as I was here for a week and it wasn’t fixed) wasn’t helpful at all!! I had to throw all the food away as it was going off. Don’t recommend as they don’t help you when you have an issue.

Wort nightmare, we were 4 of us and we got one key card which had all plastic tape attached to it, how can we use one key card if we all are going out and need to access the place when one is home early. We did not use any cooking or dishwashing from the time we stepped in the Dishwasher was making noise, we tried to put it off but it was out of the question nothing could put the dishwasher off, the sound is going on for all the 3 days we stayed day and night, I will never recommend this place to anyone. It was very dissapointing with sleepless night, no one seems to attend to any of your complaints..
