"Was made very poorly here and no compensation offered."

Unfortunately, my trip here was ruined by the worst food poisoning I have ever had. The owner was meant to be contacting me as I do not think this was fair I got so poorly due to their chef and my honeymoon was ruined for 2-3 days, I had to pay for that night and the drinks we had!!! I have no choice but to publicly write a review to warn people on this. Nina, the manager is an absolute star however and she made our stay here the most enjoyable!

Our stay was really good, the staff make you feel at home and the hotel has all the services you might need during the stay. It was my husband birthday and they got me a candle and an ice cream to celebrate it. When I came back to Nairobi, I will stay at this hotel again.

I particular appreciated the extra effort that Kenedy & Marina took to prepare a very early breakfast (vegetable sandwich with sour dough bread) with Black Coffee, Sugar free Juice, eggs and fruits.

I think I got the studio room for the night and the cable televiaion wasnot working, I missed-out on the global news for the day.
