Glee Nairobi, a Preferred LVX Hotel

Our stay at Glee Nairobi, a Preferred LVX Hotel, was nothing short of spectacular, and I have to say it was the outstanding team and thoughtful touches that made this experience unforgettable. From start to finish, every detail was taken care of, and we truly felt like royalty. A big shout-out to Hillary, the Kitchen Supervisor, who ensured that the 24-hour food service was exactly that — 24-hour service, with incredible meals at any hour of the day or night. It’s not every day that you find a hotel so dedicated to meeting all your dining needs! However, the one person who truly left a lasting impression on me was Anne Mwangi, the Assistant Front Office Manager. Anne was an absolute star! Her dedication, professionalism, and warmth were remarkable, and I honestly believe every company would benefit from having someone like her. She made our stay unforgettable, and I sincerely hope the Glee Nairobi recognizes the incredible impact she has — she’s a big reason why this hotel will remain dominant in Nairobi! Anne, You’re unforgettable. The rest of the team — Sylvia, Sharon, George, David, Joan, Kelvin, Benjamin, Arif, Faith, and Fridoh — were all exceptional as well, providing attentive service that made us feel welcomed and cared for at every turn. The thoughtful birthday bed dress and desserts in the room were such a sweet surprise, adding to the overall experience. Be sure to visit the Hide Steakhouse!

Amazing hotel in most ways. Just missing more atmosphere, meaning more guests around the pool area and restaurants. But great food and service.

My room was very clean the maintenance was performed dally. The exterior and the interior of the property was clean at all times. And the security was also very viable safe and secure. The staff was very professional at all times my next stay in Nairobi wil most definitely be at the Glee Hotel without any questions

Great New hotel. My 2nd visit there. Every thing is excellent! BUT on the weekend and I think week days, there is no ala cart menu to choice from that is quick and easy. All buffet in the main restaurant and WAY over priced with NO beverage included at all... all extra... I understand if you have business meeting in for their lunch break it is quick for them and the company is paying for it also. Now they have the steak house menu for lunch and a dress code for Saturday afternoon lunch... Menu is NOT a lunch menu and I am not dressing up for Saturday lunch! Open the roof top restaurant for a quick casual lunch choice.... Other then that all is great!! will go again on my next visit to Nariobi.

Super clean beautiful hotel. Food was great loved the steakhouse. Buffet was well done. Prices over all were good . Clean room in need of some very minor repairs. Tv not very user fiendly. Coundnt get it interface with my phone to cast movies.

It’s a new hotel they take money on anything I mean on anything if you to go there just know you have to make full payment once you check in hotel food in there restaurant is way priced. Just a bit of my story I was supposed to stay for 3 nights but unfortunately I had to leave after 1 night which means they were supposed to charge me for only 1 night but guess what they charged me for 2 nights because they said I booked through website so they couldn’t cancel it can only be done after 48hours they explained a lot to me which wasn’t making sense for me. I don’t think it’s comfortable place for kids the rooms have a lot of glass in it. In general they are not upto hotel standard. I wouldn’t go there again.
