I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Beautiful ambiance, warm and welcoming staff. I will most definitely recommend this hotel.

Upon arrival there was no one to grab our bags. Once we checked and received our keys, the front desk had us wait until someone came over. I was extremely tired and the tv kept buffering when selecting room service. My cousin went down to get a menu and see if it was an option. She was told, there’s no room service. We were surprised but were understanding due to the hotel being so clean! I went downstairs and picked at the buffet bcus it didn’t have anything I wanted but I needed to eat. Only to see a “room service” menu. I inquired at the front desk, a manager came out and stated, they do offer room service. We paid 11k shillings to still be hungry and they actually have room service! She never got back to us or anything! So that was a complete waste of $85usd!

I had an exceptional stay at Glee Hotel. The property and rooms were impeccably clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. The on-site restaurants offered a fantastic dining experience, with delicious food and a variety of options to suit every taste. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Their professionalism and warmth truly stood out. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was handled with care and efficiency. Overall, I highly recommend Glee Hotel for its outstanding cleanliness, excellent culinary offerings, and exceptional service. I will definitely return for another stay!

Hotel staff was excellent and very accommodating to every need I had including printing documents left at home and helping us book a 5 day trip including round trip transportation and safari in Tsavo and 2 days at the beach in Watamu. Rooms are comfortable and clean. View from rooftop bar is great. Beautiful pool area. Only criticism would be the breakfast buffet at $30+ USD per person. This is pricey in my opinion for what they deliver.

The property was great, however, one staff menber was very rude and disrespectful.
