Hyatt Regency Nairobi Westlands

Excellent hotel with staff always with a smile and ever willing to help. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

We did stay for 10 nights at the Hyatt Regency Nairobi and it was PERFECT. The hotel is clearly 5 Star. Restaurant, Bar (See Patrick for great cocktails), Pool are awesom. The gym is perfectly equipt. Rooms are lange, modern and super clean (thank you housekeeing team). Security is a big topic and the Hyatt is super save. But the biggest advantage is the staff!!!!! The whole Team is SENSATIONAL. The friendliest and most helpful people we ever met. I dont like to point out single person but 2 we have to mention. Nazrene from the travel desk as she will arrange any trip at an unbelievable high Standard . And BERYL from the Regency Club. Her service and kindness made our stay unforgetable. If you want to explore Kenia to see the wilderness and the culture the Hyatt Regency Nairobi is the perfect place to stay. The service was excellent ,friendly, attentive and welcoming throughout our stay in the hotel , special Thank you to concierge team for being there to welcome us at the waiting lobby and Charles the receptionist who checked in us he offered splendid service as he was giving us the hotel information in a friendly and welcoming manner,The room was cozy, clean and inviting making a perfect place to relax,thanks to House Keeping team and most Especially Alphonse House Keeper who kept on cleaning and filling up the room condiments,The food from buffet restaurant E.A.T was absolutely delicious,fresh and comprised of local cuisines which exceeded our expectations ,the F&B was attentive and readily available to offer us assistance,we were moved by the service from Susan the waitress who kept on looking after us attentively she's superb and Chef Mercy who made us delicious 😋 omelette and also 🙌 she offered warm gesture with a big smile 😊 making us feel welcomed and wanted as she invited us to the buffet selections .We really enjoyed the freshly squeezed juices the mint pineapple and Passion Juice. Keep up the good job and we will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great food and great service!

Lovely hotel with great facilities! Staff were welcoming and accommodating. Rooms were clean and tidy with stylish decor. We only stayed for one night pre safari trip but would have loved to stay longer!

The hotel experience was awesome and I will definetly recommend someone else to visit Hyatt Regency, either as family or business.

Staff was great and helpful. The rooms were spacious and very clean. There are some restaurants close by that are walkable, but should be cautious. The breakfast buffet is ok and a bit pricey.

I loved the ambience of the place. The staff and even other guests in the hotel were super pleasant, nice and helpful. Breakfast was also lovely, the experience went from a 6/10 to an 8/10 because of how pleasant the team was.

Breakfast could do with a bit more options. I wish my room had a bath tub as well.

The staff are all super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was bountiful allowing me to try many traditional Kenyan dishes.

Really cozy! The staff were so hospitable and warm. I loved their room service and dining experience !I really felt well-taken care of. 10/10 recommend!

Location was awful. You cannot go walking outside. Breakfast is very very bad nothing is delicious there. Rooms were clean but not so high. Staff were great and helpful.
