Hyatt Regency Nairobi Westlands

Spacious rooms, decent food, excellent service and very attractive rates. Great gym and laundry facilities. Centrally located as well.

Nice property, adjacent small mall few shops and couple restaurants. not walkable at night.

Secure place in the Westlands. Near Westgate Shopping Mall via uber but would not walk alone in the area. Nice comfortable modern rooms. Complete facilities and toiletries provided. Refrigerator and safe in the room. Nice breakfast buffet selection. Coffee taste can be improved. Nice view from breakfast. My room had windows facing the lobby not the outside. Helpful and attentive staff. They have heated pool and gym which I was not able to visit.

The workers are very warm and welcoming. I Fell ill and the lovely Gentleman and Lady at the reception made sure to Call the Hospital for me and made sure I got assisted. Later in in the evening the manager called to Check up on me. In the Bar District 6 the Bar Tender „Patrick“ very attentive even took Note that I don’t take alcohol and was very creative with the mocktails

Swift and extremely friendly staff

While the cleanliness of the two bedroom apartment we occupied (rm1424) was awful- stains on pillows and sofa, brown water coming out of bath taps, foul odor from one of the bathrooms-I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the spa facilities were.

My stay ay Hyatt was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The reception staff provided a warm and efficient welcome, setting a positive tone immediately. My room was impeccably clean, incredibly comfortable, and offered a peaceful haven for rest. This high standard was matched by the entire staff, whose service was consistently attentive and genuinely friendly. Furthermore, the meals served were delicious, offering great variety and quality, which was the perfect complement to an outstanding hotel experience.

De accommodatie op zich was prima. Iets minder dan het zusje Hyatt Place, maar prima

De wijze waarop het hotel omging met de “Emergency”-omstandigheden. Weinig hulp, uitleg, nazorg, begrip voor het feit dat we de nacht van het “Emergency”alarm geen oog dicht hebben gedaan. Onze kinderen van 7,8,9 en 13 hebben geen oog dicht gedaan. Schoonmoeder van dit jaar 70 was medisch in slechte staat. Toen we dit aankaartten werd gereageerd met begrip voor de situatie. Verdere consequenties werden geenszins verbonden. Het is zorgelijk dat een goed bekend staand hotel niet adequaat reageert in noodgevallen, terwijl op z’n minst uit het oogpunt van Hospitality en de aard van de ligging dit wel verwacht mag worden.
