70 Tory Apartment

Our stay was very comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. You can walk to many attractions, food and shopping. Good value for the money. I would recommend it to friends.

I had a swish apartment with all needs catered for. Also friendly helpful receptionists.

Dark room overlooking a multi story carpark. Good location near Te Papa museum, waterfront, beach and big New World supermarket. Receptionist was very helpful with late check in. One bed apartment was ok. Condition was average. The gym and pool were Terrible. Swim in the sea if it’s warm enough or if it’s cold and you don’t mind low temperatures!! The gym floor was filthy and dusty. Saw toe nail clippings as I did my floor exercises. Free weight collection was a joke - virtually non existent. Very old bike and treadmill were the extent of cardio machines. Was very disappointed as one of the reasons we booked it was because it had a pool and gym. Would have booked elsewhere if I’d known the photos weren’t a true reflection.

Parking is very hard and is very expensive.

Immaculately clean and well-maintained apartment with a view. Helpful reception staff. The apartment was sufficiently equipped for my wife to cook our Christmas dinner there

Excellent facilities. The pool is small but amazing! Apartments are well equipped for two people and have full cooking facilities. Very comfy bed. Convenient to everything Wellington has to offer and is surrounded by craft breweries! The only thing to note is that some rooms literally look straight into a multi storey car park which is about 2 metres from your balcony. Natural light was therefore minimal and the balcony is not really usable. We had noticed from other reviews that this can be the case so it's not a complaint but be aware...

We unintentionally left an item of luggage in the entrance and before we realised it, it had been stolen. Your staff were very good and sent us video and photos of the woman responsible
