"Exceptional"

Great location, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Felt very safe when the 5.8 earthquake hit Wellington our room on the 3rd floor only had a jolt and slight tremor. Will stay again if in Wellington- lovely comfortable bed and pillows.

Great location, apartment was spacious and comfortable. Chairs at dining table had seen better days. Nice large balcony but no furniture to sit out there which seemed a shame. My children are older so it wasn't a problem but there was a lot of glass furniture in the apartment. Pool was fun!

Booked in to this Hotel in a very busy weekend for Wellington with both WOW and the rugby on. The young man at reception (Eric I think) was incredibly helpful with his suggestions and very cheerful. The room was on the road side and was clearly not double glazed as it was really noisy.The room was tidy but there was a lot of dust on the top of the heater. Great location.

Excellent as always, though only noticed the smoke alarm in the room had a plastic bag tied around it when I woke up in the morning... some ferals out there! Did notify reception checking out - hopefully a one off/irregular occurence.
