Stay Hostel Rotorua

I was in a single room and there was parking outside but it was full and had to park on street

Single rooms are very small, high window, dark room, shared toilets, not a great standard

The staff were exceptional. Iya and Sandra were incredibly kind and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The beds were extremely comfortable! The facilities such as the toaster and microwave are a great addition to the room and there was a good selection of tea and coffee. the shared kitchen and communal areas are lovely too.

Room had a bad odour, like a wet carpet smell. Lacking in some kitchen utensils - there seemed to only be 3 bowls in the entire place.

Service is excellent, and the receptionist was really helpful.

Close to the city centre, nice room and so close to the toilet and bathroom. IYA the staff so friendly.

Good location. Walkable for all attractions in town and plenty food options nearby.

A little noisy- as in other occupants moving around. Rooms a little small.
