Newina Rotorua is very close to everything you would want to see and do, the facilities were perfect for us travelling with a toddler. Everything felt new, the pool was a perfect temperature and we used it every night. Big shout out to the lovely cleaning staff who let us put the baby down for her nap but ran to get us everything we needed for the day so we weren’t disturbed. More than enough towels comfortable beds and the rooms were a comfortable temperature for autumn. Highly recommend staying here especially as a family.

The spa tub was the only good thing about the hotel

The service was hopeless. The staff was incompetent, not even interested in giving a good service. Just the bare minimum! They should not be allowed to be called a 4star hotel.
