Cozy and comfortable. Was a little bummed when we rolled up to the hotel and realized the location was right off a major road and surrounded by fast food restaurants. But the rooms are quiet and location overall convenient. No complaints.

Good location, you are on a busy road but once the door is closed to your room you barely hear anything, close to supermarket and food outlets, Clean and comfortable beds. Kids loved the pool even had some pool toys for them.

Just be aware if you have mobility issues that you can only access the top floor by stairs with no lift options so when booking make sure you are asking for ground floor rooms.

- The spa pool is dirty. - Many ants and small insects on the indoor floor ground. - The parking lot assigned to us was taken by others on the second day, we have to wait for the staff to find a place for us to park and was told to park by the fence in the end. - We were given a corner room at the end, while others rooms are with sliding door. Only our door needs to be pushed inward to open, and there was a single sofa at the door. The door could only be opened about 45 degrees inward. It was very difficult to put the luggage into the room, the door was also very heavy, and it took a lot of effort to push the door, and then the small suitcase was barely put in in a very small space.
