It had character, it was small, great service, food, spa and sauna, comfy bed, lovely bathroom

Bar closing at 9pm, no heating in bar area, spa not always clean

The property has a beautiful aspect and it is very peaceful, dinner and breakfast were excellent and staff were wonderful

Stayed in the suite which unfortunately had the pumps for the pool and spa located directly adjacent the wall the bed was located on, they did however turn off at around 9:00pm, the room also opened directly onto the pool area which could compromise your privacy if the curtains are open during the day

The design and the jacuzzi

We couldn’t play tennis because all the balls were flat. When we asked reception for new ones, we were told they would try to order some that night. However, when we checked again the next day, nothing had been arranged or purchased. The rooms are also quite small, especially considering we booked the Luge King Room. Reception is advertised as having 24/7 staff, but this didn’t seem to be the case. I called reception from my room around five times before 8:30am and no one answered. At breakfast on the first day, there was no background music or ambience, although music was playing on the second day

We were on the bottom floor and due to the wooden floors it was noisy with people above walking around and going up and down the stairs.

modern facilities, great service

Room size was small, felt cramped with all the furniture. The sofa is unnecessary. The plastic chandelier is too low, too big and looks cheap.

Fantastic stay at Hana Lodge. We went for our wedding anniversary and feel like we were extremely well looked after. Grace who greeted us and served us at dinner was great. Special thanks to the Chef who created a delicious 3 course meal. Our room was comfortable and luxurious and we loved exploring the grounds and sculptures. Spa and sauna were lovely too. Will definitely be back!

Nothing, great all round!

Hôtel très bien situé. L’accueil et les conseils de Sandeep ont été précieux. Sa réactivité a été très bénéfique et efficace. Le site est magnifique et original avec un confort parfait. Un petit déjeuner délicieux. Et une mention spéciale pour la gentillesse de Sandeep et son cadeau pour la fête des mères. Je recommande, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.
