The location was great

The shower had not been cleaned, there were stains that we had to clean up ourselves. I am hoping that is what not the whole bathroom that had not been cleaned

"Good position, however exceptionally overpriced for what is a very worn student dorm."

Very worn bathroom, shower uncomfortable to use. Abysmal kitchen, cooking facilities, which made it very difficult for a family to use.

Great location, apartment is huge. Great communication from the team.

Couple of minor tweaks could help a lot- a tea towel in the kitchen, lock on bathroom door, extra blankets for winter.

Great location for what we were in town for, shops/eateries and central to everything in the city.

There was still rubbish left over from the previous stay. Bottle caps and cigarette butts on the floor.

"Great location for central getaway"

The location was great. Central to getting to all the main attractions, only a 15min walk. Handy to grocery store, restaurants and all shops. Comfy beds and very spacious. When we needed to contact someone they were very helpful.

It could do with a heat pump. We had some small heaters in the rooms, but with very cold n rainy weather they didn't really heat up the room.
