Absolutely wonderful stay! The rental was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located just steps from the beach. The views were beautiful, the home had everything we needed, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The host was responsive, welcoming, and made the whole experience easy from start to finish. It was the perfect place for a beach getaway, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Black Pearl Villa in Kalimitsi, Greece. The location is fantastic—just steps away from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful water and scenery throughout the day. The villa was clean, comfortable, and equipped with excellent amenities. The kitchen was especially well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, which made our stay even more enjoyable and convenient. The property offered a relaxing atmosphere and was the perfect place to unwind while exploring the area. We truly appreciated the thoughtful details and would highly recommend Black Pearl Villa to anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway in Greece. We would gladly stay here again!

Perfekte Lage, gute und moderne Ausstattung. Viel Platz.

Es fehlte ein Toaster und eine Garderobe - aber das waren nur Kleinigkeiten und diese können das tolle Gesamtergebnis nicht schmälern.

Location, contact with the staff, cleanliness

Caution ! 2 of 3 bedrooms in the basement at this price is a huge minus. On top of that, the neighbors were terrible, yelling at 2 and 3 a.m. I don't recommend it. One of the worst places we've ever stayed.

Это было прекрасное место для отдыха! В апартаментах царит идеальная чистота и уют. Чувствуется, что всё продумано до мелочей — есть абсолютно всё необходимое для комфортной жизни. Отдельно хочу отметить, насколько здесь тихо и спокойно, можно по-настояшему отдохнуть от шума. Расположение очень удобное, всё рядом. Любые возникающие вопросы решались моментально, за что огромное спасибо хозяевам за отзывчивость и гостеприимство. Только самые тёплые рекомендации!

Очень часто аппартаменты заняты

The location of The Black Pearl Villas is perfect — right on the beach, ideal for families with babies (10/10!). The villa is fully equipped, the kitchen has everything you need, and the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Bravo to the owners for taking care of every detail!

The only thing we didn’t expect was that two bedrooms are in the basement, while only one is on the first floor. This is not mentioned in the Booking listing and would have been useful to know in advance.

The Black Pearl is a beautiful rental property. The villa was super clean, very new, and all we could have wanted and more. Apostolo was great at communicating and answering the questions we had very quickly, even while he was sick. I can’t say enough good things about this place and about Apostolo.

Beğenmediğim yönleri, tüm odalardaki yatak sesleri çok rahatsız edici her harekette sesden uykuya dalmakta zorlandım açıkçası salon mobilyası 6 kişi için yetersiz balkon takımı da masa olarak yetersiz.
