Great location. 2 minutes walk to the center. Really great. Easy to park your car ( not free).

It was a holiday day and there was nobody at the reception. Not easy to get inside and get the key.

Fabulous location, directly opposite the Riverside Market so lots of options for food

They don’t service the rooms on a Sunday so that was disappointing

Sehr zentrale und dennoch ruhige Lage. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gut eingerichtete moderne Küche. Alles Tip top sauber.

Parkplatz ist teuer. Preis für das Apartment ist relativ hoch. Die Leistungen sind aber auch auf einem hohen Level.

Our second stay here and pleased to note the high standards are normal. Great room and well equipped for longer stays if required. Staff and management were extremely helpful in accommodating an early arrival and upgrade. Genuine recommendation to stay here when visiting Christchurch

Nothing- next time we visit we will stay here longer as a very comfortable base
