Good location. Had all the essentials. Clean. Cleaners were friendly. Shower had great pressure. Easy check in.

Not enough bedding (got cold and extra rug in wardrobe was dusty). Shower vent dripped on me when I showered and I couldn’t get away. Some furniture a bit worn. Weird location behind a house, no view.

Good location, comfortable stay.

Delay in instructions to access unit. Lack of sensor...or any lighting outside of unit. Lack of privacy in bathroom with no blind or curtain for window. Free wifi?...yes, for one whole hour then unfortunately no wifi until morning. No idea what issue was as we never touched the plugs clearly marked as do not touch!. Maybe batteries in tv remote need replacing as took them out, changed them around a few times for 10 minutes before we could get the TV to work. All in all, quite disappointed with the standard vs the $$ charged and would not recommend to friends or family. You win some, you lose some. This one I take as a loss. Adam tried to be helpful re instructions on accessing the unit, but it sort of went downhill from there. On this occasion a brickbat, not a bouquet. Thank you, Wayne Millican.

Location was good, just a flat short walk into town. Room was small but clean and tidy. Only negative was the cost. I felt $200 for the night was expensive for what I got.

A small suite in a prime location close to shops, restaurants, cafés and the lake of course. Perfect for a family of three and their pet. The property is located at the end of a longish driveway, which makes it safer for the dogs keeping them away from the road. Also, there's a small lawn for them as well. Myself, my wife, our 11 year old son and our 1 year old spoodle have thoroughly enjoyed our four day stay there and wish we could stay longer. We'll definitely consider it as our accommodation next time we plan to come to Taupo :)
