Comfy bed. Spa bath.

The pool was not available due to the heater needing to be fixed and was the main reason i booked this place. The window in the bathroom was unable to close. And the curtains were dirty.

Didn't have the breakfast. The staff were understanding with my late check out which was a really nice relief.

Staff were friendly and helpful Room we were moved to was spacious Staff swapped our room with no issues which was a big bonus

Stayed in a studio room - occupant next door played music all night and other strange noises. Heatpump stopped working and disco ball light flashed all night Pool not operational
