El edificio aparenta haber sido reformado no hace mucho, por lo que las instalaciones están en muy buen estado, todo muy limpio y el apartamento tiene lo necesario para una estancia corta en la que, si quieres, puedes cocinar en él.. La accesibilidad perfecta, y organizada sin problemas online por los gestores de la propiedad. La ubicación es ideal, por estar a escasos 5 minutos del centro de Jerez, con aparcamientos económicos cerca.

No es una cuestión de qué no me gustó, sino de que hay algo que es mejorable: la azotea del edificio tiene mucho potencial para ser habilitado como un chill out, para pasar un rato por las noches, sobre todo en tiempo de primavera y otoño (con el calor del verano lo veo más complicado).
