Great spot for a night close to the airport.

The property looked to be newly remodeled, it was very clean. Check-in was by chance as we were standing out by the gate trying to figure out how to check in, when someone that works for Sun Day was driving by, they stopped and made some phone calls and was able to get us into the property. Our transfer to the airport was at 5am, and we were unable to utilize the free airport transfer. one of the staff did arrange to have a taxi at the property in time to take us to the airport. I feel there may be a few bugs to work out, but overall, I would recommend Sun Day as a place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location convenient to beach and restaurant. The walk there was a bit sketchy.

Nice clean property with good restaurants within walking distance. Pickup to and from airport was really helpful especially since we were on overnight transit.

This was my 5th stay at this property. The building is kept very clean and is convenient for Athens airport. There are good restaurants close by too.

Disappointing communication: I was specifically told to message from airport to request transfer, yet received message when I arrived (30 mins later than I'd expected) that driver had been waiting... And my other messages were either ignored or responded to after lengthy delay. Room and bathroom were very cold, and when I put room heating on, it made noise but didn't expel any heat! Duvet and surplus blanket were thin and not enough to keep warm - had to wear outdoor clothes in bed. Common area with kettle and coffee/tea bags: milk would be a small and inexpensive thing to provide, so I can't understand why not. A group arrived at the property at 3am and the noise from thumping up the stairs and conversation on the landing woke us up. Perhaps better soundproofing or clearer signage reminding guests? Bathroom wash basin is very large, leaving inadequate counter/edge/surface for toiletries. This was awkward for two people sharing the room. Perhaps in the summer staying here would be a very different experience, but in winter I'd avoid. I stayed in another Athens property for a similar price with helpful humans at reception and issues resolved promptly, which was not the case here.
