The house is clean, and the price is reasonable. You can park your car next to your property.

The mattress in second room is little bit soft.

Bed was too low for me downstairs as disabled otherwise,its fine for normal ones.A handrail in the bad will be helpful.the host was very approachable and kind can easily be contacted.

Comfortable and very convenient location. The owners were very easy to communicate with and happy to help with any questions or concerns.

We did not come across any issues.

Last minute booking as decided to stay overnight in York. Communication for check in was quick, property was easy to find, close to town and super clean and tidy. Had a relaxing stay and would definitely consider again next time we were in York. Small supermarket and Mrs Greedy’s at end of road was excellent for supplies and a quick cooked breakfast.

Although it was street parking, we were able to park very close to our unit. The Bosch coffee machine was a bonus and sufficient capsules were provided. The radiators worked well so we were kept warm and cosy. The kitchen was fully equipped so we could cook our meals when needed too.

The accommodation was comfortable and in a nice private street. It was big enough for our family of 5. There are pretty steep steps upstairs but there is a bedroom down and the bathroom is down stairs as well which was good for my elderly parents. We had problems connecting to internet and concerns with the alarm but the owner was very responsive.

Beds could be a little more comfortable but they did the job. It would have been nice if there were some milk, tea/coffee available but there is a shop at the corner
