Host & Stay - 1 The Mount

The living area was fabulous, it was bright, clean and modern.. Really Spacious with lovely views. The apartment was excellent, really well Equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. Set in a fabulous location with easy parking.

Unfortunately the lower levels smelt a bit damp, especially the basement bedroom.

Just had a problem with the host and stay communication and I had to ring three times for info.

Parking

Spacious, modern and clean

No TV connection for terrestrial TV. Very disappointing as we don’t have accounts to log into the services such as Netflix . We spent a lot of the week emailing back and forth to resolve this and we were finally informed on the 3rd day of your holiday there was no aerial connection. Issue with one of the en-suites- very smelly drains/ plumbing which made it unusable and the bedroom very unpleasant to sleep in. Once it was reported the maintenance team did come and try and resolve the issue.
