Right in the centre of Whitby so we could walk everywhere. Own parking spot was very handy. Lovely and spacious inside.

Clean tidy and all facilities were of good quality. Centrally located for all around harbour and town. Good for visiting local attractions. Good car parking by apartments

Nothing we were very happy. Access from town is up very steep hill so this may need consideration by those with limited fitness or mobility issues. Easy to drive up and access apartment and drive down and park by harbour/coop area where all is flat

The property was advertised with an EV charger but when we arrived it didn't work, none of them did and I specifically asked before arrival if there was a charger Asked for a cot at booking, I didn't get an answer, so messaged them a day or so before arrival and they said they didn't provide cots. When we looked round the property, there was a travel cot under the stairs. Obviously we had had to take our own by that point. Booked through booking.com and when I paid for this property, somehow they took money for one of the other properties in my favourites folder. I did not authorise that payment but it still went out of my bank account. Took two weeks and 3 phone calls to get it back. I kept getting cut off while trying to speak to them. Would definitely go again, but prefer not to book through booking.com

Beautiful property in a great position everything you need for a great visit, we have stayed several times and we will return to the property

Very good apartment, well equipped, good service from the owner / manager, great location. Just a couple of issues that I think need mentioning, this is not intended to be detrimental to the apartment, you will enjoy it if you book it!

1. The shower unit on the ground (entrance) floor needs replacing, the left side door was hanging off when we arrived, not sure if this was from the previous booking or if it needs repairing but it definitely requires fixing or replacing. 2. The previous day before arrival, I received a message indicating that the apartment would be free the following day from 11am. Reading further I expected the message to indicate that we could arrive early if we wished which would have been useful, and we could, but for this early entry the owner wanted a further £30.00. Needless to write I did not accept the offer. In my opinion this would have generated a more positive opinion of the owner if the charge had not been an addition. After all, there was no further cost and the apartment was free at that time. Good will goes a long way!

Beautiful house and good location. Very clean Lovely bedrooms and comfortable beds Easy access to the property on arrival.

The twin bedrooms shower doors were broken and constantly came out of the shower runner, causing the doors not to close properly. Limited space for hanging clothes, would have been better with additional storage, possibly a set of draws Toaster - only one side worked
