"We had a nice stay but the check in time and check out times could be better ."

The location was very good and the property was finished to a very high standard .

The additional insurance for damage was not clearly explained at the time of booking it was hidden in the small print and was not necessary why not include it in the upfront cost ? Plus the kettle was faulty it should have been checked and replaced before we arrived .
