It was clean, comfortable and spacious, with little extras eg Tea/coffee/washing up liquid/shower gel etc. The garden area was a bonus, and it was central.

There was nothing not to like. Parking would have been a bonus, but hardly any properties in Whitby centre have parking.

Excellent location and comfortable .

Outside space , nothing like picture unfortunately. It was dirty and furniture not fit for use, so unfortunately we could not make use of the space.

Facilities good. Ideal location.

Would have liked to have booked for the same time next year but the price as gone up by £321. We paid £559 for 3 nights for four of us and the price as gone up to £880 for next year which is out of our price range.

Really good location. Very short distance to shops restaurants and pier. The house had everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable. Would stay again.

The inside of the house was very nicely presented, clean and comfortable very spacious and well equipped

The outside space didn't live up to the quality of the inside

The location was very central (no on site parking however) The beds were comfortable and the bed linen clean. The top bedroom has blackout blinds and is quiet.

The cleanliness was poor. As you walked up the garden, it was overgrown, there was a plant pot full of cigarette ends, the front door itself was filthy. There was lots of post and flyers behind the door. On the surface it appeared clean but the floor in the lounge and kitchen (wooden) was very dirty. There was no toilet roll, no bin bags. The complimentary biscuits were out of date. The house felt cool. We could not find any instructions on how to use heating or the hob. The hob is induction and we never got to use it at all it was completely baffling. There was no hand wash in the 2 bathrooms. The yard was dirty, there outside furniture was dirty. Every window has bird poo on. Windowsills were dusty. Cobwebs in corners. Rotting dead bird in the front garden Empty coffee jar on the outside furniture full of cigarettes end.

Perfect location, comfortable and fine for 6 people.

Backyard needs a clean and spruce up to be useable, including the chairs and table. Toilet brushes need replacing.

It was situated perfectly and value for money and clean

No toilet roll in main bathroom no cloths or sponges to clean dishes or cups also when sat outside in the courtyard having a few drinks smoking & talking was shouted at by a resident who then put a note through the letter box next morning saying we were disgraceful & threatened us with the police I have kept the note if you want me to send it to you other than that it was a lovely house would go there again
