Host & Stay - Austen House

Configuration of bedrooms works very well, great facilities, hosts very obliging

Only tiny detail was the oven took a while to cook bit as I say everything was great.

The house was perfect for a family. There was plenty of space for children to spread out and a lovely, more formal living room for the adults. There were all the essentials and more to ensure we were comfortable, and the location was perfect for strolling back and forth to the main attractions in Whitby.

There was a small discrepancy in the parking information provided. The website states that two parking permits would be provided. However, on the app and on arrival, we discovered that there was only one. It was not a massive issue with a pay for car park very close by, but something to take into consideration as the parking fee for our two night stay was quite large.

Stayed for 2 night, absolutely beautiful! The beds and pillows were a dream. Had a travel cot and night chair also. Sofas were very comfortable. There is a car park across the road for a small fee. I will 100% be staying again, I didn’t want to leave! Less than 5 mins to walk to the arcades etc on the front. Pictures don’t do it justice

It was nicely decorated and it was big enough to accommodate us. The photo’s don’t do it justice.
