Excellent location- parking a real bonus! Enough space for a large family trip.

Not as clean as it could have been- certainly not filthy but definitely not spotless. Yard could have done with a tidy too, it was a little overgrown.

"Enjoyable stay think more attention to detail and higher standard of cleaning needed to call it luxury but would deffo r"

Location and space in the property was great. Well equipped kitchen and nice to have milk tea and coffee could provide some alternatives to caffeine drinks as stated luxury stay also salt and pepper.

Needs a deep clean and needs to be more frequently maintained in order to be able to describe it as luxury

Good location, easy to walk into the town but far enough away to feel very quiet and secure. Parking was a nice bonus for this location as was the small garden area

Spacious, well laid out, nice outside area at the back would be improved with a bit of tlc and weeding!

We are pensioners and the distance to the popular parts of Whitby is a longish walk.

Local to the town, clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Beds very comfortable, bedding and towels very good.

Parking for more than one car is an issue, 3 storey house, 2 flights of stairs. Also front room was quite small for 8 people. But still would suit lots of families.
