Villena Plaza

La ubicación estaba genial, era de las calles principales y tenía buenas vistas. Aunque se ponían artistas callejeros no era desagradable y paraban pronto respetando las horas de sueño. La habitación estaba bien, tenía balcón, lo cual era un punto a favor. El chico que no recibió fue súper agradable, nos explicó todo bien y fue atento.

Solo tengo dos pegas, una es que no estaba agusto con las sábanas, ya que no sé si no se limpiaron bien o algo, ya que al acostarme sentía como arena y llegué a encontrarme un brillito de esos de la ropa. Y por otro lado nos tocó una pareja al lado que me despertó todas las noches gritando, con música...ya que se escucha todo.

The rooms share a common door to get in and out of apartment, which are faulty and if other guests do not follow inatructions your will be locked out and unable to return inside. Me and my partner were locked out at 00:30 on a thursday evening after we returned from our dinner and we could not enter inside with repeated tries and repeated calls to thw owners.

I have recorded everything as proof, and called booking.com spending 2 hours with them with 0 help and left outside on street surroinded by homelles people and drunks. It was not a very nice moment of our trip and end of the dinner on which I proposed… Since booking could not help, we ended trying to find another hotel to sleep in, but all are closed or too expensive (300-500euro a night) finnaly we found a place for 100 euro and slept on matress on floor… With all this i did not get refunded any money and Booking.com offered me 10 euro reward to use on next stay. Appaling!

Location is incredible, even beyond anything I ecpected. The room is beautiful and the bathroom was great as well.

"common room" was completely unusable (no plates, knives glasses, pans... Not even a remote for the TV). Having electricity tied to the entry card is annoying if you want the fridge in room to keep running

Seems a little odd to empty our own wastepaper baskets on leaving. Not sure about that.

Service could definitely be improved. We were waiting outside for around half an hour (3:30) before being checked in, and the staff initially had no record of our booking. After some back and forth, they eventually managed to locate it.
