Il quarto piano senza ascensore rende un po' scomodo il soggiorno. Suggerisco di mettere una macchinetta del caffè per consentire agli ospiti di non dover scendere al bar e poi risalire in camera.

If you’re looking to relax and have a stress-free stay, this B&B is not for you. First of all, the assistance is not easy to reach. I asked several times to be contacted via WhatsApp before check-in, also to send my documents, but this was not done until I had to call twice. The listing does not mention whether there is an elevator or not. We only found out upon arrival that there isn’t one. The staircases are very steep and it’s exhausting to climb up. For early check-in, I was initially told there would be a €40 surcharge. As a frequent traveler, I had never before been asked to pay such a fee. After contacting assistance again, I was then told that the supplement was not required. €40, considering that regular check-in is only possible from 3 PM, while check-out is extremely early at 10 AM. This is not fair. In other B&Bs I’ve booked, if check-in was so late at 3 PM, check-out was automatically a little later too, and vice versa. My boyfriend paid the city tax in cash, yet I kept receiving automatic WhatsApp messages saying that I still needed to pay it. In the room, there was a very strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom. The sink drains very slowly, and the shower doors don’t slide properly, so you can’t close them well. The air conditioning system is terrible, which makes your stay in Palermo unbearable, since the average temperature inside the room on the 4th floor was around 30°C. If the window is not completely closed, the A/C cannot be turned on at all. The minimum temperature shown was 16°C, but the air barely comes out and the room does not cool down properly. I contacted assistance again, but they did not solve the problem—probably because it can’t be solved. You can open the window and hope for some fresh air, but since the place is very central, the street noise is intolerable. Moreover, after keeping it open in the evening, insects started coming inside. The only truly positive aspect is the location.

Spłuczka do toalety nie działała tak jak powinna, kran był źle przymocowany do umywalki, woda bardzo wolno spływała z umywalki

Air conditioner and the fact the we cant do it by ourselves to solve it and they told us just try close door and it will work and plus they not leave second key and not bring on the other day for us for leaving one key inside for working electricity maybe it will hepled with conditioner issue it was hot and when we open door it was crowded and many voices . That makes uncomfortable

While the location in Palermo is great, the experience was disappointing. No communication from the host before arrival, confusing check-in, and no direct contact number—just a company line that didn’t respond properly. The apartment was clean, but the shower felt neglected and the Wi-Fi barely worked. Climbing 72 steep stairs with luggage was a challenge, and overall, we felt completely unsupported during our stay. Great location, poor management.

Alloggiare praticamente ai Quattro Canti è un'esperienza da fare. Come merita la scala del Palazzo. La struttura è centrale e comoda, c'è a disposizione uno spazio comune con cucina annessa. Le stanze sono pulite e hanno un soffitto notevole. Consigliato!

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral und gut gelegen. Sehr sauber und gute Kommunikation. Ich würde es jederzeit wieder buchen.
