Incredible view, as advertised! Easy check-in. Giulia was friendly and thorough.

I don't like looking for proper garbage disposal in an unfamiliar city. It feels like I am stealing garbage service from someone who pays for it. It makes me uncomfortable. Also I feel strongly that the garbage removal should be part of the service extended when paying for a room.

Oh it was wonderful. The location, the views, the music outside, the common area. Amazing

People complained about the stairs and no lift. It wasn't that bad, the building itself is really nice too, so actually quite enjoyed going up the stairs. So no complaints

Not great if you are not healthy to walk up and down a lengthy flight of stairs especially with luggage. And especially not a good option is you are keen on cleanliness and want bed/bath linen change every few days as it’s only done after each checkout….. so no clean towels or sheets for a 7 days stay.

The room was quite nice, we even had a mini fridge, although It only worked when we were in the room (since you need to have the keycard in the reader to have electricity).

The staff felt disconnected and wasn't exactly helpful. On our first day, the person giving us the key mentioned they had a shuttle service to the airport. Yet when we tried contacting them about it on WhatsApp, they said such a service was not available. When confronted about the fact that in their listing it mentions that service, they became silent and never responded. On the last day, we asked if someone would come get the keycard, or if we should leave it in the room, but they didn't respond.

Soom facilities in the room are a bit old and need some replacement... also the staff is undercrowded I think...

Amazing location! It was well equipped. I need to emphasize that you get 3 towels per person which is such a rarity. The kitchen is in the shared part. We didn't use it but it has everything you need. The air-conditioning worked great. Breakfast was included in the price in the nearby hotel 2 minutes away.

The balcony could be bigger but it didn't lower our overall experience. The apartment is on the top floor so if you have big and heavy luggage it's a bit hard to climb the stairs.
