Beautiful design and detailing, quiet and serene, beautiful plants/garden, Comfortable beds and rooms, nice bathrooms, good breakfast, friendly staff, great location

minor things - Showerhead needs to get replaced, another fan for the kitchen area, AC in bedroom could do with a filter rinse, pool towels needed

Location is amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The villa was beautiful.

The bed was rock hard. And pillow was pretty hard. Pool was smaller than it looked in the photos but we liked the size. Stairs were cool but a little scary with kids.

"Flot men sørgelig håndtering af situationer"

Hotellet er flot, det er nogle smukke villaer. Flink fyr i receptionen

Det er nogle små pools i villaerne. Vi stødte ind på et problem med at der ikke rigtig var plads til os i den villa vi bookede, og gik til den flinke mand i reception for at fortælle om vores udfordringer, der kom løsninger på bordet men ingen der fungerede for os, så vi spurgte om vi kunne få pengene retur efter de 2 timers ophold vi har haft. Den skulle så igennem manageren, og han var ikke til at snakke med, alt var et problem og han var ikke til at finde en løsning med. Han kunne ikke se os i øjenhøjde og kunne ikke sætte sig ind i vores situation, træls oplevelse.

Uniquely designed villa Good location Nice staff, they delivered orders from restaurant to our villa

Even if the villa is new, some things were already not functioning such as toilet water splashing or pool lightning. Also we heard a lot of noises from the people from the next door villa in the late night, so couldn't sleep very well.

Underbart ställe för vår familj! Läget var toppen, sängarna jättesköna att sova i, lakanen var krispiga såsom vi aldrig förr upplevt i Indonesien. Men framför allt var personalen fantastisk. Vår lilla bebis blev väldigt sjuk och de hjälpte oss med transport till och från sjukhuset, lät oss checka ut sent så att vår bebis skulle kunna vara i AC när det var som varmast. Extremt tacksam!
