The Konkret Lombok

We really liked the villa. It was modern and clean, and you could truly rest there. The location is great, and the staff are super friendly.

The scooter that was rented to us was quite old, for example one of the mirrors wasn’t working properly. The breakfast could also definitely be improved. At times, it felt like the staff understood our requests, but they weren’t always followed through properly. For example with the scooter. It wasn’t prepared for us in the morning, and on one occasion we received it with an empty tank without being informed in advance. Also, the price for the car transfer from the harbor is higher compared to other providers.

Beautiful private villa. We got the single room villa and loved it. Very good AC in the room too. Everything including the pool were all super clean too. The lounge and outdoor area are really relaxing

The only downside is the plumbing situation. You can hear other villas showering and the plumbing moving in the walls. It can be loud, but it does stop once everyone is showered.

The villa is new, clean, modern, nice design, ammenities are OK. Location is great, nearby food, stores and beach.

1. The restaurant where we had breakfast, the service was VERY slow, and I don't think they care about our order seriously. Once we had to ask 3x before the order came (we wait more than 30min for a simple omelete). The resto was not crowded and there are 7 employees there, with very poor service. 2. The drain in one of the bathroom was stucked, need to get it fixed, with bad odor in the room for quite some time. 3. No TV (they say it's the concept from the owner) and no microwave - which I think they are very basic for a villa. 4. The floor rugs look aesthetic, but not comfortable to be step on to. Hurts our feet. 5. The room/lighting is dark in the evening - not so convenient if one need to do some work.

Very cosy and spacious vilas, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Amazing location, easy to get around Kuta. Breakfast not super vast but everything they serve is very delicious. Staff is completely amazing, super friendly with guests and also between themselves. This creates a good feeling while there. Separate shoutout out to Erul who navigated us through everything we needed to explore Lombok even better! We liked it so much that extended our stay.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The villa was simply amazing: really beautiful, very comfortable and with a very luxurious feel to it. The outdoor area is super spacious, the pool is small but everything you need to cool off and the upstairs bedrooms are great as well. Staff is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. For breakfast they have a lot options with great food. Location is very convenient: close to the main road (walkable distance), but still very quiet. Couldn’t recommend this place more, one of the nicest accommodations I’ve ever stayed in!
