The Konkret Lombok

It’s just such a beautiful little place, tucked into the side street of a relatively busy road and the Konkret is just a serene private sanctuary. The kids and I enjoyed every moment there - from the villa, the pool, the breakfast, the beds and bathrooms and just about everything. The staff were friendly and we loved Wendy who went out of his way to make us feel above and beyond comfortable. He picked us up on a very rainy lombok evening and even arranged a small and delicious dinner for us because it was so late. We loved our stay there and can’t wait to return. Location was amazing - short walk to everything. Highly recommend staying here!

De locatie is prima, in het midden van Kuta met veel dingen op loop afstand of makkelijk bereikbaar met scooter. Tijdens de check-in werden we warm onthaald. De receptioniste was een aardige jongen. De looks van de villa zijn prachtig, maar daarna begon de drama...

Vlakbij de villa's is een bouw project, waar je gedurende de dag veel last van hebt. Totaal geen vakantie sferen! Het zwembad in de villa is erg klein & het zwembad van het resort is in aanbouw... Het ontbijt is heel karig, er zitten veel vliegen op het fruit en niks staat in de koeling. De menukaart zit vol met fouten (niet professioneel), bestel een hartig croissantje ham/kaas en als surprise krijg je een geklutst ei er boven op. Personeel is niet professioneel en maken fout na fout. Vooral de manager heeft ons overtroffen; na onze klacht ingediend te hebben, was er niks dat hij kon doen 'doordat het een niet-terugbetaalbare boeking was'. Ik begrijp dat dat de voorwaarden zijn, maar na een klacht en een ervaring zoals dit, verwacht je enigszins een compensatie. We zijn na 2 dagen vertrokken en het leeks ze niet eens wat te schelen. Bizarre ervaring en heeft ons veel stress opgeleverd. Boek daarom deze accommodatie dus ook niet! Het is echt je geld niet waard. Villa's zijn super gehorig, je hoort de straat van buiten, veel blaffende honden en het bouw project. Bedden zijn ook oncomfortabel. Overigens ook veel gehad last van muggen.

Desde el primer momento, este hotel logró superarme por completo. No fue solo una estadía, fue una experiencia que se siente y se recuerda. Cada detalle está cuidado con una dedicación que se nota: desde la calidez del recibimiento hasta la armonía de los espacios, todo transmite tranquilidad, buen gusto y una sensación real de confort. La habitación fue impecable: luminosa, silenciosa y diseñada para descansar de verdad. La cama, simplemente perfecta, y cada elemento parecía pensado para que uno se sienta cómodo, relajado y en casa, pero con ese plus especial que solo un gran hotel puede ofrecer. Los espacios comunes invitan a quedarse, a bajar el ritmo y disfrutar del entorno sin apuro. El servicio merece una mención aparte. El trato del personal fue siempre amable, atento y genuino, con una predisposición constante a ayudar y hacer que la estadía sea aún mejor. Se siente el profesionalismo, pero también la cercanía. Me fui con la sensación de haber encontrado un lugar al que realmente quiero volver. Un hotel que no solo cumple, sino que deja huella. Sin dudas, una experiencia que recomiendo y que recordaré con una sonrisa.

Loved our stay at this villa! The customer service was excellent—super friendly and helpful staff. The villa was clean, comfortable, and relaxing, with everything we needed. Great location too, close to cafes and shops but still peaceful. Highly recommend!

Location is great walking distance to the main strip of shops and restaurants

No TV which isn’t clearly advertised we took our projector once we realised there was no tv. No air con downstairs as it’s all open so it can get a bit hot and fan not enough to cool down. We had an issue with the road flooding to our unit on a few occasions and not accessible by foot which wasn’t great and then also lots of mosquitoes inside the house that attacked our daughter and the only option was to continue spraying poison which is not good for their health.
