VILLA VALITO

Lo que más me gustó es la habitación, muy amplia y muy cómoda. Gran tamaño de la zona de noche y del cuarto de baño. Tres cosas que no me gustaron: 1- Desayuno : muy muy flojo el peor desayuno tras 20 días en Indonesia. No hay nada en el desayuno que sea realmente bueno. 2- El personal : casi no hablan inglés con lo cual es muy difícil comunicarse 3- Ubicación está en lo alto de un camino con una pendiente muy importante que impresiona y es algo peligrosa.

-posizione strategica, tranquilla perché distante dal centro caotico ma allo stesso a 5 minuti di scooter dal centro, bella vista sull’oceano -staff incredibile, tutti gentili e super disponibili ad ogni richiesta e orario. -cibo discreto -camera molto grande

-pulizia quasi inesistente, probabilmente per il poco personale l’intera struttura non è mantenuta come dovrebbe, la villa ha 2 anni ma sembra ne abbia 10 purtroppo da come è tenuta, allego qualche foto. Inoltre in camera (camera Java) il condizionatore perdeva acqua quindi macchia il muro, il rubinetto sinistro è completamente rotto e perde acqua ovunque, dal tombino di fianco al wc esce odore di marcio costantemente e la doccia era tutta rotta tranne il soffione più piccolo… -consiglio una manutenzione e pulizia generale molto più accurata perché di questo passo purtroppo tra un paio di anni cadrà a pezzi definitivamente…. Lascio la sufficienza solo per lo staff che è stato meraviglioso.

L’hotel est très raffiné et les employés aux petits soins. Ce fût un réel plaisir d’y séjourner lors de notre passage à Lombok.

Amazing staff and beautiful location, stunning views. Nothing was too hard for staff they were simply amazing would return in a heartbeat loved our stay. Beautiful modern rooms very spacious and pool was great. Very clean villas.

We stayed in a junior suite — spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed. The room offered a stunning view of the ocean, and the location was just a 10-minute drive from Kuta Beach. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. We also had the pleasure of meeting Mickey, the owner — a fantastic person who made us feel truly welcome. He was genuinely touched that we chose his villa for our honeymoon, and we were equally touched by his kindness and assistance. So truly, thank you, Mickey, for making our stay so special.
