VILLA VALITO

We loved staying here and it is the best property by far during our 3-week trip. The rooms were huge and luxurious and very comfortable. Everywhere was immaculate and the infinity pool and amazing view were the icing on the cake. The staff were all amazing and super helpful. The food was also worthy of special mention and delicious! We extended our stay as we loved it here so much and used it as a base to explore south Lombok. Thank you!

It was perfect.

The property is a very peaceful place on top of the hill. The staff and specially Komang was above and beyond. He treat me as I was very special person. Next to the city center.

It’s hard to get taxi with no previous reservation.

The location was amazing and at first sight the design of the villa. Tazan, was the stand out staff that went out of his way to assist us. Thank you Tazan.

We are really disappointed with the villa as it was rated 5 stars. There were many things that were far from expectation. 1. Upon arrival, we had to carry a few luggage up 4 flights of stairs before the staff assisted us. 2. Hot water in the shower was not working for two whole day. We had to shower with cold water and was told they didn’t know it was solar powered. 3. 4 room toilets had clogging problems and smelt of pungent urine that stunk the room up. 4. 2 rooms had air condition that was leaking. 5. Breakfast prepared and served were cold. 6. Ingredients and cooking utensils prepared were covered in flies. 7. The staff team didn’t clean up in a timely manner when we finished eating, causing more flies. 8. We booked Villa Valito but was assigned to Villa Teraum. 9. Everything was dirty and hygiene level is sub par

Beautiful big rooms, clean and comfortable, and great location close to Kuta but still a bit more remote and with an amazing view. Professional service off all the staff. Good breakfast choice and quality. Beautiful clean swimming pool outside of your room.

Excellent service from Multazam. Multazam went over and above to make sure my stay at Villa Valito was comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this villa. The pool is one of the best!

Beautiful location high on hillside overlooking the moto gp race track. The resort is new and very clean and staff are super friendly. Joffi was very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely be back.

The view is incredible with mountains, beach and the moto GP circuit. The staff is super friendly starting from Jofi, the manager plus the chefs and also the staff at the restaurant. The food is delicious and for us the most touching was Tazam who went the extra mile and provided a small little yellow helmet for our 2 year old son in literally 5 minutes. We will not forget this gesture.
