Le lit est un peu petit mais rien à dire sur le confort ! Tout était parfait !

Construction of the place was amazing and the setting. Impressive villa.

Location was so far out it was almost impossible to do anything. Damp bed, small fan, virtually no WiFi. Unable to get hold of staff at times when we had requested some more matches for the mosquito coil. Food was disappointing and our only option whilst staying there.

All in all, very good and special: 100% privacy Jungle feeling Beautiful view of Mount Agung

Unfortunately, it was not possible to get a coconut within two days, even though it was on the menu, and outdoor seating would have been great (there were only two chairs).

It’s obviously beautiful, the garden area is stunning and the bamboo house itself is great to post on Instagram.

There’s no lock on the property whatsoever which doesn’t fill you with confidence. When you turn up to “reception”, it’s a bunch of guys sitting smoking/playing cards and you’re led down a dark/narrow/muddy/under renovation path. It doesn’t make you feel comfortable. The property itself is fine. Pool is cold, and dirty. Bathroom floor was wet the whole time. No light in the shower area. No mirror. Nowhere to hang your clothes. It’s just not the most comfortable stay. If you’re not in to bugs/frogs/geckos then it’s not for you. A huge gecko was living in the villa, and frogs were on the walls in the night. Our bed had a huge amount of ants crawling around which we killed with bug spray. The staff are fine, a little overpowering. Waiting for you when you’re coming and going. Communication isn’t great. We checked out a day early as we didn’t want to risk being so remote before flying home. Wouldn’t recommend to be honest.
