Maten var inte alls bra. Boendet låg väldigt långt bort från allmänheten och man blev begränsad till huset. Det kommit djur in i huset och man kände inte sig trygg.

The gardens and the privacy

It was raining and they could not supply an umbrella to use. No warm water for showers. Being charged for one cup of powdered milk for our cup of tea. Food was average and cold, delivered in the rain uncovered. No cleaning of our room during our 3 nights stay.

Staff were so welcoming and incredibly helpful. They arranged an amazing tailored tour for us and helped us with our heavy bags. Nothing was too much trouble for them! Staff gave a lot of privacy and responded to messages instantly! Incredible location with a view of the volcano/mount Agung. Really delicious dinner and recommend trying the palm wine/tuac if you like slightly sour drinks. My sister absolutely loved hearing the frogs in the garden! Beautiful garden full of wildlife. The room had a Bluetooth speaker, cards and books which we loved, felt like they'd thought through what people may enjoy. Amazing Balinese musical instrument on the veranda which kept us entertained 😊.

Didn't dislike anything but would suggest a few little improvements to make it even more amazing including adding a wardrobe or space to hang/store clothes and a mirror in the bedroom. Would also benefit from a larger fan to help keep the room cooler. Softer pillows would be nice. Some confusion around breakfast as pancakes advertised as fluffy with chocolate but arrived as a crepe type pancake with fruit inside (wasn't as described). It was also a shame the heater was broken for the pool/jacuzzi as it was too cold to get in without it, this was our only disappointment to an otherwise great stay!

Unique holiday property lovingly built.with private garden and pool : at one with nature. Staff all very friendly and helpful . Short walk to ricefields / village . Menu offered for lunch and dinner to be delivered by staff who cooked nearby. Good choice but wasn't feeling well so just had the noodle soup . Breakfast included gave choice of eggs or oatmeal/ fruit with coffee . Another house being built nearby and whole being renovated with new pathways / fruit garden / new planting ongoing ...sure they're ll be one or two more bamboo houses in time

A magical stay at Arcada Bali Bamboo House! We had an amazing experience at Arcada Bali Bamboo House! The place is absolutely beautiful, with a peaceful, nature-immersed vibe that made it feel like a true escape. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful—always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was organizing transport, giving local tips, or just making sure we were comfortable. The food was also a highlight—delicious, fresh, and very reasonably priced. We ended up eating most of our meals there because it was so convenient and tasty. One thing to note (not a complaint, just something to be aware of): because the house is surrounded by nature, you do hear the sounds of the jungle at night. Frogs can be quite loud, and you might hear other animals too. We personally found it part of the charm, but if you’re a light sleeper or not used to this kind of environment, it’s worth knowing in advance.
