The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The towels and bedsheets were found with stains.but the staff were very helpful and gave me new clean ones immediately. The bathrooms are getting old with stains and mold. It is not a hotel. So I can't expect too much with hotel standard.

- Beautiful layout and interior; elegant, simple yet very sophisticated and well thought out! - Universal sockets everywhere - Great air conditioning downstairs although bedrooms can be cooler - Staff are attentive, helpful and so friendly - VOX card gave us discounts

- Bedrooms can get very hot, the air conditioning is not very strong
