Stylish apartment complex, beautifully designed and in an incredible location surrounded by rice fields and away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud central. The bed was super comfortable, the staff very kind and helpful.

It wasn’t incredibly clean and a lot of the things were a bit run down. It was really not very baby safe and we had no baby cot available for our 1 year old and ended up having our three year old sleep on daybed cushions next to the bed and co sleep with our baby. I do know though that this place is being renovated and improved in the near future (on the day we left we spoke to a designer or architect who was asking us what we think should be improved).

The property is modern and has a full kitchen. The apartments are new and quite well equipped for Bali. The tv had Netflix and YouTube. Staff friendly and nice - the management not so much.

Disguisting moldy cushions outside that are full of black mold and just covered with white covers to hide it. Black mold is so dangerous for health and can seriously make you sick. Was so appauled by lack of sanitary conditions in common seating areas. They make enough money to put better sanitary facilities. The noise is insane ! The road noise ! The walls are so so thin you can hear EVERYTHING from your neighboring/ so no privacy or comfort. Super expensive mini bar ! Excessive tourist prices. They would not let me Check in earlier even though apartment was empty and ready. Not so Bali Spirit. The road to the apartments is a small bike road with no lights and so dark at night. No car parking or even garage so you can load or unload suitcases. Super awkward and a big hassle. A lot of mosquitos due to location in the middle of tide fields and so damp everywhere. Very wet into and around the apartments. I would not stay here again.

The place is really nice, I felt at home in a way, it was very cosy. Everything is new, it's a stunning duplex apartment, with a large fridge, stove, microwave, boiler and so. The living area is very comfortable, the angle couch made me feel at home, with large tv screen. The bathroom is so pretty, really loved it ! Loved the mirror soft light for evening showers. Illimited hot water was also a great point ! My favorite part was the bedding 😍 It's reaaaally comfortable, the best bedding in Bali that you'll find in this price range hands down 🙌🏽 💯 The mattress, the linen, the pillows, hmm I still dream of them haha 🙈 Also the lights are very soft and warm, in every room which helps feeling relaxed. No noise at all, very very very quiet area. Peaceful. They provide pool towel if you ever go lay down by the sunbeds. The staff is very lovely, the boys did a remarkable daily cleaning service. AND, the most important, Vadim was the best concierge ever. My stay wouldn't have been the same without him. He's been very attentive, reactive, helpful, caring and friendly with me all stay long and taking news from me daily to make sure everything was good. He helped me organize a tour with a private guide (which was my favorite day in my stay thanks to him), and recommended me the best Visa agency in Bali, they made a miracle for me !

No hangers / hooks for clothes and towels I advice you to come with an eye mask, the shades are not blackouts in the bedroom

Loved my 3 weeks I spent here. So quiet and relaxing. There’s even an adorable kitty who hangs around so if you’re a cat lover this is the place for you and you can give her love and cuddles. The men who work here are so nice and attentive and the concierge was so helpful! I even got sick once and she got a doctor to come for me and continued to check on me through out my stay.

Clean. Decent internet. Friendly staff. Good view. I had a good time. Worried about noise initially, but turned out pretty calm.

Minor sound proof from people who live on the 2nd floor. Other than that, no issue.

Nice location and view. Cozy room and clean bathroom. A bit smaller than it looks in the pictures, but quite enough for a couple. Special thanks to Gus and the team. They were so responsive, provided us with everything we needed.

Soundproof is absent. We were lucky to spent 1,5 weeks with quiet neighbors and it wasn’t a problem. But a few days with a noisy company and kids next door became a test of patience.
