The Patra Ubud

Amazing property. Staff all very professional and help you with anything you need. Especially the 2 ladies at reception they were amazing with us :) breakfast was lovely. Very peaceful location , it is a good 25 minute drive out of Ubud centre so you need to rent a bike or book a local taxi which the hotel staff can do for you. Some people complain about how it’s not walking distance from Ubud centre but if you do your research before you book you should know to expect that and be ok with it. No complaints from us would definitely recommend.

Only downfall I can think of is that they don’t do food on site (apart from breakfast) and nothing that close by so we had to order a few grab deliveries for food in the afternoon to keep us going until we got a taxi into Ubud in the evenings. There is a local shop 5 min walk away but only so much pot noodles / biscuits I can eat before getting bored haha.

Rooms were well furbished. Very quiet, peaceful, staff were lovely.

It’s in the middle of no where, no Gojek zone. So go prepared. No close restaurants etc. It’s a fair drive into Ubud. Can only use local drivers. Little local store, but that’s it.
