The Patra Ubud

Really nice place! The staff is super friendly! The apartments are huge, both inside and on the balcony! They have scooters for rent, which you can easily get from the staff. We rented one and it was really nice; it helped us get to a lot of places! I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet, cozy, and relaxing experience! Thanks, guys!!

The mattress could be a bit more comfortable, but it’s my preference, I don’t like firm mattress… anyway I’m still happy with everything!

The staff was good. The villa is impressive And it looks good on pictures.

I won’t say it’s a bad thing, but just expect some lizards to get inside the villa as the door does not completely close. unfortunately in our case there was some constructions next to us and it was annoying as the workers were able to have view access to our swimming pool and they started working 8 am in the morning all the week even in the weekends. Last thing is the breakfast. expect the same thing over and over again the quality of the food is not ideal and it’s not matching the value of the villa.

The breakfast....they were slow and really nothing to expect...they really could do effort ! Also the villa with the private pool doesn't worth it...there's no privacy ...and the other big pool was sufficient and more suitable for kids. The area doen't accept grap and gojek,they can drop you off but not take you( during our stay it only happens once)

Such amazing, friendly, helpful staff. They were always super accommodating and made you feel welcomed immediately.

The location isn’t the best however if you want to be out of the city centre it is perfect. There were lots of ants in the room.

It is a very nice and cozy place to spend time together as a family. Staffs are extra nice and the breakfast is yummy. I love the personal pool and the ambiance of the whole area. Will definitely go back.

the villa exceeded our expectations. the staff went above and beyond for us and made sure we were happy at all times. the room was huge and very tidy. would definitely come again.

Location is fantastic, The villa is clean, Staff are very helpful, breakfast is simple and near. Closer to Ubud Center(3-5km). Away from traffic, city and in the middle of paddy fields. We just loved it. My daughter is a fan of this place. The owner of the villa is kind and cooperative. Very friendly villa. It’s so quiet and serene staying here. I am coming back again here for the hospitality and the location.
