The apartment was modern and based on the photos it was larger than we thought.

Unfortunately my experience staying at this apartment was not as planned. The building is located in a main road were is very bad. The building and also each floor of the building didnt have any noise cancelation. We planned to stay for 3 nights but unfortunately the day that we check in a family emergency came up and we had to leave urgently from the apartment.contacting the apartment through whatsapp after 2 days they informed us that there is nothing they can do in refunding us back for the days we didnt stay due to the emergency and they only offer us one alternative option to restay at the apartment till the end of may which this didnt suit us personally.we were very dissapointed of how they treated us for the situation occured and we felt no respect from them. Even hotels when there is a family emergency they are willing to refund you if you have to leave for an emergency reason even if they are non-refundable. The temperature in the room was quite cold and we used the a/c to warm the area in the apartment and it really wasnt helping at all. Also in the wall of the shower we found someone else hair and when we used the bathroom we had to open the boiler as per the instructions for 20 mins but the water didnt last hot even for 5 mins. Also once you enter the building the smell is not very good (smells like a hospital) and the lift was very scary. The apartment was modern and etc but based on the way we have been treated, its just a big NO from us;

The apartment was clean and spacious.

Air conditioner was managed centrally and was easy to adjust for the room. The lights were a bit deem.
