The terrace on the room was very large and beautiful!

Check in and transfer service: our flight arrived at 1AM, but we were able to book a transfer from the airport to our hotel through Welcome Pickups for a reasonable price. Our flight was delayed 30 minutes and it took a long time for us to get our bags, but the driver waited for us and was easy to communicate with via Whats App. We then got to WYZ and were easily able to access with the door codes we received earlier in the day. Customer service: when we got there, there were no sheets on our bed!! I contacted the host and she quickly got us a new room despite it being the middle of the night. 5 min taxi ride to the ferry

First room had no sheets on the bed. Thankfully we got a new room promptly as previously mentioned. We ran out of hot shower water in the morning. No USB outlets and we forgot to bring an adapter to use our American outlets, but this was our fault.

The mattress of the bed which is too soft

I stayed in many places in athens and this is so far my favorite. Everything is so well done and nicely decorated. And the bed was so good. The pillows they have here are better than any other place.

It be amazing if they also had a washing machine here. For staying many days it is a necessity.

Sparkling clean, excellent communication , super close to the port

It is in a main road so can be quite noisy.
