Tembaga Luxe Villa - The Perfect Getaway

This place was exactly as it shows in the pictures! Very comfortable and the staff were extremely attentive. We enjoyed the pool daily. I would highly recommend it.

We absolutely loved this villa. If I could spend my whole life there I would. It was the most magical little home and as soon as we walked through the front gate our holiday became one of enjoyment and peace. I love this place and while I don't want everyone to know about it, for selfish reasons, I would highly recommend this property (villa n. 2 :) )

perhaps not having motorbikes to rent out given the isolated location, but this is not at all a negative given there are solutions nearby, just a comment as to how to make this jewell even better :P

Warm welcome and help with our luggages from hosts who were the kindest. Quiet location amongst rice fields.

The property manager (Tya) and her team who welcome us on arrival were the best part of the experience. The property is lovely overall but is heavily let down by the fact that it’s run down, was extremely dirty and the individuals at the top of the management company being extremely unhelpful.

It was run down in comparison to the pictures (clear points of leakage in the ceiling, a loose cupboard door that fell on my brother, a leak after heavy rain which covered the whole dining room area and one of us slipped on). It was extremely dirty (inc unchanged and unwashed bed linen, hair in the shower, stained sofas). They had mothballs in the kitchen cupboard which smelt horrendous and caused my asthma flare up, also kitchen cupboards were full of cleaning and maintenance products. Yoga the supervisor was full of nice words but lacking in ability to do anything to fix the problem. Complaint reached to Ketut the reservation manager who dragged us all day without a reasonable solution and who harassed us after our stay by bribing us with a refund in exchange for not putting a review. Avoid dealing with ketut at all costs. We also lost 2 days of our stay between dealing with the filth and getting a reasonable compensation for the issues (non provided for the extent of issues) and booking were also not helpful in any of this.

Really clean and comfortable. Just what we need for the weekend. Staff are very helpful and friendly. We love that we can take our dog with us.
